Shipping and delivery
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.
Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:
- United-States: 2-5 days
- Canada: 2-5 days
- Europe: 2-5 days
- UK: 2-3 days
- ROW: 5-14 days
Can I change the delivery address after I place my order?
Due to the rapid processing of print-on-demand orders, it is not possible to update the delivery address once an order has been placed.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are printed on demand, returns are only accepted for faulty items. We cannot accommodate size changes.
Returns are accepted in respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item must be unworn or unused, and in original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

What is print on demand?
Each product is printed on demand using printing processes and materials to reduce mass production and waste materials. As there is no warehouse stock, printing may take 1-2 days before dispatch. This means your order is custom-made and cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
Selecting multiple products may require fulfilment from more than one supplier therefore shipping costs and delivery times may be affected.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are not offered for returned items due to the products being printed specifically for your order.
Returning faulty items
Please contact us if an item you have purchased from the Website develops a fault. Nothing in these terms shall affect your statutory rights.
